safety team
The Safety Team includes both security team members (preferably those with current or past security experience) serving to keep services safe and provide a response in the event of a non medical emergency, and certified medical professionals serving as first responders. Security volunteers maintain situational awareness, identify potential threats, and assist with shelter-in-place or evacuation procedures. Medical responders provide first aid and assess medical emergencies until higher-level medical personnel arrive. All team members must complete a training and onboarding process and pass a background check to ensure they are fully prepared to serve.
