Overview

The Connect Team serves as the bridge between guests and their next step at Queen City Church. Positioned in the lobby at the Connect Area, this team creates a warm and welcoming environment where people can receive guidance, ask questions, and get connected. Connect Team members prioritize understanding the church’s systems and the vision behind them, so they can provide clear and helpful information to guests—especially those visiting for the first time!

Serve Schedule

After both services; serve one service and attend one service

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and understand church systems and values

  • Ability to make people feel seen, valued, and encouraged.

Requirements

  • Attend DNA (either previously or a session in the future)
